I spent some research time to review as many treadmills for tall people as possible and I came to this conclusion:
Make sure the belt length is appropriate for your size. You should at least consider a belt size of 20”x55” or longer.
I found out that a person with maximum 6’ height is fine with a belt size of 20”x55”. But a taller person, or if you have long strides, you should think about getting a treadmill belt size measurements of 20”x60” or 22”x60” . It also depends on your weight and what level of training you are looking to reach.
